Hydrometallurgical recovery of gold from
arsenopyrite refractory concentrates

ABSTRACT
Hydrometallurgical
methods for preparation of refractory arsenopyrite concentrates to cyanidation using
bacterial leaching and chemical decomposition have been investigated. After cyanide or
non-cyanide gold dissolution, the complexes of gold can be selectively recovered on
acrylic or styrene anion exchangers.
